In May, I was invited to co-present with ANZ Bank at the IBM Information On Demand Australian Conferences in Sydney and Melbourne. Information and pictures about the Australian conferences as well as a copy of that presentation can be found at IBM's Information On Demand Australian Conference website.

Based on the success of the presentation in Australia, IBM has now invited me to participate in the IBM Information On Demand Global Conference in Las Vegas. The IBM Information On Demand Global Conference is IBM's premier information management event and attracts thousands of business leaders from all over the world who are interested in leveraging the information within their organisations.

Once again, I will be co-presenting with Barry McGill, Head of BPM at ANZ, about the overall strategy for BPM at the bank and a study of one of Renewtek's IBM FileNet BPM implementations for a lending process. We hope to be able to expand our Australian presentation into an overall journey for ANZ and discuss some of the benefits and lessons that were learned along the way.

The conference will be held in Las Vegas from October 26th through the 31st. Special guests include Martin Short as the Master of Ceremonies, the Village People and yours truly. Barry McGill of ANZ and I will be presenting on Wednesday, 29 October from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Wish me luck!

For more information about the conference, please visit IBM's Information On Demand Global website.
